Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where required by law.

Age Requirement

Awakened Insights LLC is rated 13+ and is intended for users aged 13 and older who are interested in spiritual or personal development. This app is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. Users between 13 and 17 should use the app with parental guidance; parents and guardians can enable Parental Controls in Account Settings to restrict user-generated and social content. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
