Psychic, Mediumship & Practice Disclaimer

Awakened Insights™ is a spiritual and personal development platform designed to support learning, intuitive and psychic development, mediumship development, reflective practice, mentorship, and community connection.

Practice Hub

The Awakened Insights™ Practice Hub is a development and educational space where participants can practice and strengthen their skills through interactive sessions with others.

Participants within the Practice Hub may be at different stages of their development. Participation in a Practice Hub session does not represent certification, professional licensure, employment by Awakened Insights™, or a guarantee of a particular result.

Practice sessions are intended for learning, development, and experience.

No particular connection, message, evidence, accuracy level, or outcome is guaranteed.

Psychic & Intuitive Development

Psychic and intuitive development may involve exploring impressions, feelings, symbols, sensations, thoughts, awareness, and personal interpretation.

Experiences can vary from person to person.

Awakened Insights™ encourages users to approach intuitive development with curiosity, discernment, personal responsibility, and an understanding that individual experiences and interpretations may differ.

Mediumship Development

Mediumship development may involve exploring and interpreting impressions or information that a practitioner believes may relate to communication with someone who has passed.

No practitioner or practice participant can guarantee communication with a particular person, specific evidence, a particular message, or a particular outcome.

Awakened Insights™ encourages mediumship practice that is grounded in compassion, humility, ethical responsibility, appropriate boundaries, and respect for others.

Verified Readers, Mentors & Development Spaces

Verified Readers, Mentors, and Development Spaces have completed the applicable Awakened Insights™ review process and agreed to the standards required for participation within their respective networks.

Verification does not guarantee a particular experience, result, compatibility, or outcome.

Unless otherwise stated, listed practitioners, mentors, and development spaces operate independently from Awakened Insights™.

Personal Responsibility

Awakened Insights™ encourages personal autonomy, critical thinking, discernment, and responsible decision-making.

Information or experiences obtained through development exercises, community discussions, Practice Hub sessions, mentorship, or practitioner services should not be relied upon as the sole basis for significant personal decisions.

Professional Services

Awakened Insights™ provides spiritual-development, educational, reflective, and community-based experiences.

The app does not provide medical treatment, mental health treatment, psychological counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.

Users who require professional assistance should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

Ethical Practice

Awakened Insights™ promotes practice centered around:

User Acknowledgment

By participating in Awakened Insights™ development exercises, Practice Hub sessions, mentorship, community spaces, or practitioner services, you acknowledge that individual experiences vary and that specific results, connections, messages, evidence, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own choices, interpretations, decisions, and well-being.

Awakened Insights LLC is intended for spiritual reflection and personal growth.

This app does NOT provide:

  • Medical or mental health treatment

Awakened Insights LLC is rated 13+ and features content suitable for teens and adults interested in spiritual and personal development, such as meditation, journaling, and intuitive practice. Parental controls are available in Account Settings to restrict user-generated and social content for younger users.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (In-App Purchases)

Awakened Insights offers auto-renewable Premium subscriptions sold through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). By subscribing, you agree to the terms below in addition to Apple's Standard EULA.

Available Subscriptions

  • Awakened Insights Premium Weekly — $1.99 USD per week (length: 7 days)
  • Awakened Insights Premium Monthly — $7.99 USD per month (length: 1 month)
  • Awakened Insights Premium Yearly — $49.99 USD per year (length: 12 months)
  • Awakened Insights Premium Lifetime — $119.00 USD one-time (non-renewable; never expires)

Prices are in USD. Final pricing and currency are confirmed by Apple at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Content & Services Provided

All Premium tiers (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime) unlock the same digital content within the app:

  • Unlimited Journaling
  • Awakened Soul Circle access
  • All Lessons & Learning Paths unlocked
  • Full premium meditation library
  • Personalized Insights and Prompts
  • Advanced Intuition Training

Payment

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • The renewal cost is the same price and duration as your original subscription (e.g., Weekly renews at $1.99/week, Monthly at $7.99/month, Yearly at $49.99/year).

Management & Cancellation

  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal after purchase in your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or online at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation of the current active subscription is not allowed during the active period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore Premium access on a new or restored device at no additional charge.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by Apple's terms. To request a refund, contact Apple Support; no refunds or credits are issued by Awakened Insights for partial subscription periods. See our Refund Policy.

How to Cancel: Open your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select Awakened Insights → Cancel Subscription.

Agreement: By subscribing, you agree to our Apple Standard EULA and these Terms, and you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Purchase Policy.

External Services

Awakened Insights LLC may provide links to external services for real-world offerings such as:

  • Live coaching sessions (Zoom, etc.)
  • Private readings with practitioners
  • In-person spiritual services

Important: These external services are NOT purchased through in-app purchases. They are booked and paid through external providers. Awakened Insights LLC is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of external services.

Content Disclaimer

All spiritual guidance, meditations, lessons, and community content are for personal development and educational purposes only. Results and experiences vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, spiritual growth, or life changes.

Limitation of Liability

Awakened Insights LLC and its creators are not liable for any decisions made based on content or interactions within the app. Use of this app is at your own risk and discretion.

Community Guidelines

Our community is a sacred space built on respect, kindness, and mutual support. By participating in our community, you agree to uphold the following guidelines:

What's shared in the community stays in the community. Never share others' stories without permission.

🕊️ No Unsolicited Advice

Offer support and encouragement, but respect boundaries. Don't diagnose, prescribe, or impose solutions.

🌸 Protect Emotional Safety

Avoid triggering content without warnings. Be mindful of trauma-informed language.

Not Allowed:

  • • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind
  • • Spam, self-promotion, or commercial solicitation
  • • Explicit sexual content or inappropriate language
  • • Misinformation or misleading health claims
  • • Threats, bullying, or abusive behavior
  • • Sharing others' private information

Violations of community guidelines may result in post removal, account warnings, or suspension. Our moderation team reviews all posts to maintain a safe, respectful space for everyone.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Users

No Tolerance Policy

Awakened Insights LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on our platform. Any content that constitutes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, or other harmful material will be removed, and the user who provided it will be ejected.

  • Filtering: Objectionable language is automatically filtered and censored in the community feed.
  • Flagging: You can flag any post or comment for moderator review at any time.
  • Blocking: You can block any abusive user; their content is instantly removed from your feed and the incident is reported to our developer for review.
  • 24-Hour Action: Upon receiving a report, our team will act within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it.
  • Consequences: Users who post objectionable content may have content removed and their account suspended or permanently ejected from the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. For users in the United Kingdom, UK law applies where mandated.
